Do you charge a visiting fee?
A small inspection charge, waived in full when you go ahead with the repair. If we cannot fix it, that is all you pay.
Does my AC really need a gas refill every year?
No. Gas does not get used up. If it is low, there is a leak. We find and fix the leak first, and show it to you.
Do you use genuine parts?
Yes. Original parts only, opened in front of you. The old part is yours to keep.
What if the same problem comes back?
Every repair carries a 90-day written warranty on parts and labour. Call us and we come back at no charge.
Will you repair an old or out-of-warranty appliance?
Yes. Age and brand do not matter. If it is worth fixing, we fix it. If it is not, we say so.
Do you take the machine away?
Almost never. Repairs happen at your home. If a part must go to the workshop, you get a date in writing.
Is buying from you more expensive than online?
Ask us for a price on the exact model. You get delivery, a real person to call, and the same team that will repair it years from now.
Who do I call after the sale?
